• The invitation to reach out by text or phone for extra support for up to 7 days following our live session*

* Text and phone support are available from the hours of 9:00 am - 7:00 pm.  Please allow up to two hours for a return call or text response.  Please understand when I am with a client my attention is solely focused on that individual.  Thank you for your kind understanding.

Please note:  You must be 18 years or older to be coached by a Spark Your Life coach and to participate in the My Spark Center communities.
